Return Policy

At Plumbing Parts Depot we want our customers to be happy with the parts and quick service we offer. In the event you have ordered or were sent a wrong part please call or email us to obtain a Return goods authorization number. We make every effort to make sure you are getting the parts you need to solve your problem.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees will not be refunded. All orders are inspected and carefully packed before leaving our location, any damaged claims for products MUST be filed with the respective carrier.

Products returned without prior authorization will be given an In-Store credit less the 20% restocking fee to be used on your next purchase.

Special orders are NOT returnable or cancelable.

Repair kits must be in the original unopened package.
